Jordi（美國）聯(lián)合公司生產體積排斥色譜(SEC)即凝膠滲透色譜 (GPC)和陰離子交換色譜(AEC)等色譜柱所用的填料均采用純凈的二乙烯苯(DVB)為原料，通過獨特的聚合工藝制得100％ DVB 聚合體填料。

Jordi（美國）聯(lián)合公司生產的DVB柱能在高達150℃條件下正常使用。柱壓可達8000PSIG（563kg/cm2）。遠高于其它液相色譜柱的可操作壓力 。能在PH 0－14范圍內正常使用。突破一般硅膠填料柱只能局限在PH 2－7范圍內使用。
Jordi（美國）聯(lián)合公司生產的GPC凝膠填料在不同溶劑（流動相）中的膨脹和收縮性很少，而化學穩(wěn)定性很好。Jordi的GPC填料比PS－DVB填料有較大的微孔體積，所以分離能力更強。 Jordi的液相色譜柱經表面化學處理（鍵合）后有三種類型，可適合不同要求者使用。
